Our menu is designed from ayurvedic perspective which is balanced in kapha, vata and pitta and it is tridoshic. Simple yet effect rules to balance different food and doshas are as follow
Can be balanced by jaggery, honey, mint, cardamom, sweet dishes like kheer, betel leaf, coriander, sugarcane juice, ginger, black pepper, Himalayan salt, asafoetida, cumin seeds, coconut water and pulp, rose water, sweet yoghurt, Indian buttermilk, lotus seeds (makahne) and dates etc. You can try these remedies with your spicy food or after your spicy and acidic food.
Can be balanced by ginger, black pepper, cumin seeds, garam masala, cinnamon, pomegranate skin, garlic, onion, green chilli, turmeric, clove, mint and lemon etc.
Can be balanced by bitter vegetables like bitter gourd, fenugreek seeds, neem leaves, mace, nutmeg,holy tulsi, black plum (jamun) and charoli Indian seeds etc.
Can be balanced by ginger, garlic, betel leaf, mint, asafoetida and black salt etc.
Can be balanced by cinnamon, black pepper, clove, garlic, ginger, coffee, various teas like jasmine, ginger, caraway seeds, green chilli, warm water and lemon etc.
We serve vegetarian and vegan Indian ayurvedic food. Everyday we have a new menu and new special thali which is from various parts of India. We do have chef’s special also for everyday, ask with our chef what is special today. We serve gujrati thali, Punjabi thali, south Indian thali, rajasthani thali and Marathi thali etc.

You can book with us your table for lunch and dinner. We do offer catering for bigger groups if you wish, our team can go there and serve you in your hotel for your special occasion.
